All international orders over £20.00 will be sent by insured "International Signed For" post. The cost varies with the order value as follows:

EU residents add 17.5% VAT

Please do not use the web shop if you live outside the EU as you will incur UK VAT. Instead, please and a detailed quote will be sent by return without UK VAT and with the appropriate postage and insurance. The purchase will be finalized by a PayPal email invoice.

Already placed an order online?

Don't panic!

EU residents: if the standard UK postage does not cover airmail and insurance you will receive a PayPal request for the additional postage and any insurance required. Usually, the amount is between £1.50 and £2.50. All orders ship once full payment has been received.

Non-EU residents: you have paid UK VAT unnecessarily but this will be put towards the airmail and insurance costs of your order. For most orders this means there will be no extra postage or insurance charges. If it does not then you will receive a PayPal request as above.
